Terms of Service

By accessing StartupDeckAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use StartupDeckAI.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any two-factor authentication factors. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

• Do not use the Service to build competing AI validation products.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property or violates law.

StartupDeckAI, including all software, brand marks, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the startup ideas and inputs you submit.

Reports, validation scores, competitor maps, and financial models are generated by artificial intelligence and large language models. They are decision-support tools — not investment, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the outputs.

Free plan users receive a limited number of validations. Paid plans are billed via our payment processor. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartupDeckAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
